Indeed, those who persecute the believing men and believing women, then do not repent for it, for them is a burning punishment in Hell.
It is the character and behavior of Hypocrites—whom Allah has killed—to make accusations and scandals toward the believers who propagate Adhikr, which is the only instrument to eradicate all Satanic footsteps explained in verses 2: 168–169 (such as racism, selfishness, communalism, sexual partiality, smuggling, hoarding, bribery, lavishness, vanity, interest, theft, cheating, sodomy, rape, adulteration, murder, bloodshed, etc.), and thus to form the harmony of mankind. If they do not repent to Allah by giving apt ransom, they and their families will be the fuel of the burning Hellfire. See explanation 2: 24; 48: 6, 29; and 66: 6–9.
